Benefits
Benefits of the SetNow waitlist
A waitlist helps you handle demand for popular sessions and make use of spots that free up. Instead of tracking cancellations yourself and contacting clients, you can run the queue in the system.
Fuller sessions
If a client wants to join a session but there are no spots left, they can join the waitlist. When another participant cancels, the freed-up spot is offered to those waiting, in turn.
Automatic notifications
When a spot becomes available, the client receives a push notification inviting them to book. If needed, you can also turn on an additional SMS notification.
Convenient for clients
Clients can join the queue for a full session in the app, see their position and leave the waitlist if needed.
Less manual work
Administrators don't need to keep checking for cancellations and manually look for someone to take a freed-up spot. The queue organises this process and makes managing the group schedule easier.

Education centres
To manage the queue for group lessons, courses and workshops.

Set up the waitlist to fit your schedule
In SetNow, you can configure how the queue works, including how long a client has to accept an offer and when the waitlist stops working before a session starts. You can also have notifications duplicated by SMS.
Administrators see the list of waiting clients in the session card and can manage the queue. This helps you keep track of demand for group sessions and handle cancellations more effectively.
Turn on the waitlist in SetNow settings and let clients sign up for popular sessions even when all the spots are taken.
